With his hands-on approach and attention to detail, he spearheads the entire group with his administrative acumen and actively participates in the day-to-day affairs of the company.
Mr.Jaysinh Kothari, has over 35 years of experience in the Capital Market and of Real Estate Sector, particularly in Mumbai region. He manages the Finance, Legal & Marketing verticals of the Sainath Group.
A Construction Engineer by qualification, he represents the dynamic face of the group. After coming onboard in 2007, he developed a keen understanding on the various aspects of the group. Currently, he's actively involved in the Liaison, Legal & site execution verticals of projects. He has received on-site practical training at the prestigious Bandra-Worli sealink project, which was his very first exposure to the infrastructure sector. He has active participation in CREDAI-MCHI - which is an association of developers across MMR.

Pratik Kataria is armed with Post Graduate Diploma in Management with specialisation in Entrepreneurship from FLAME School of Business, Pune. He has garnered a great deal of experience in order to sharpen his entrepreneurial abilities from his on-campus business venture. With a lot of vigour and initiatives, he strives to add to the growth of the his Family Managed Real Estate Business, Sainath Developers, a Real Estate Business with over a decade of Experience and over 1500 satisfied families. Pratik is a contributor to NAREDCO (National Real Estate & Development Council, under the aegis of Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Govt. of India) Maharashtra NextGen Committee. He served as the Secretary, President-Elect and is currently the President of the NextGen Committee, Naredco Maharashtra. Pratik is an Angel Investor in startups and believes in investing in different asset classes throughout his Investment Journey He is also a Partner at The Laughter Chapter Café. Having its base in Mumbai, the cafe, targets younger generation and the audiences who look to have value for their money. After sucessfully operating for the past seven years, they are looking forward to expand their concept geographically. Pratik is also an adventorous traveller and has merged his passion for travelling with an initiative which is close to his heart; Girl Child Education. He shares his experiences about his journey (the latest one being a Trek to the Base of Mount Everest), on his blog and appeals the readers to help Educate the Girl Child in India. He Quotes,"I would have achieved my purpose of life if I were to fully educate atleast 10 girls and in turn educate many more in their ecosystem.
